Soak saffron threads in a tiny bit of hot water and set aside.
Warm up ghee on a nonstick skillet.
When ghee is warm, add in the peaches and stir them around.
Add in cinnamon and mix around and let the peaches get a bit charred.
Finally, add in the saffron water and maple syrup.
Add on top of oatmeal, waffles, pancakes or even a piece of toast.
