Grilled Peaches

Grilled Peaches topped on oatmeal

I got my peaches out in Georgia, oh yea shit!! well, actually Justin Bieber, I get my peaches from my neighbor’s peach tree. The neighbor across the tree has a big peach tree, so naturally I befriended her. haha.. Actually, she is a wonderful older South Indian lady, who is super sweet and kind and now is my friend! During the summer, she would give me peaches, and I would give her the vegetables from our backyard, like peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and Indian beans. I made her a spicy peach salsa, which she liked as well. The other day, I saw her walking in the neighborhood and we chatted for a few minutes and it was quite nice. It is nice to be friends with your neighbors, say hi to them!! =)
