  • 3/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mash all the ingredients together.
  • Top it on toasted bread.
