Warm up olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Add in kale and any other veggies that u prefer to be cooked.
Add zaatar seasoning and paprika.
Stir and cook until kale gets soft.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the dressing by mixing mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Mix pasta together with parsley, mint, any other veggies, and cooked kale mixture.
Add the dressing and mix well.
