Spicy Salsa
I love making homemade salsa. Who wants all those nasty preservatives in their salsa when making salsa at home only takes minutes to make. This recipe is onion and garlic free and jain-friendly. To make it ekadashi-friendly, use pure hing or simply omit the hing from this recipe.
You can modify this any way that you would like. I make this salsa ALL the time and I love pairing it with my favorite tortilla chips.
I love the Siete brand grain-free lime chips. If I have left over salsa, then I add to left over rice to make “mexican vegetable rice,” the next day.
Pair this with any Mexican dish and it will be hit.
This recipe goes great with Stuffed Baby Sweet Pepper or my homemade guacamole recipe.
