Olive Cheesy Bread
I can’t take credit for this idea because it is not mine. Actually, I learned this recipe from my friend, Prema, who would make it for gatherings that we had at her home. I’ve learned so much about cooking from friends and family, just by asking questions. Over the years, I have learned that being inquisitive is a wonderful characteristic. It can help contribute to personal growth and development. Also, asking questions can open up your eyes to a new and perhaps different perspective as well. I truly believe there is always something to learn from someone else.
This cheesy bread is such an easy appetizer to make and such a hit. You can change up this recipe and replace the olives with other vegetables, if you are not a fan of olives (for example: bell pepper/jalapenos/banana peppers/artichokes/etc). You can add more spices like Italian seasoning or asafoetida to the mixture, but I prefer to keep it simple. Hope you like this recipe!
